Peucetia viridans - Female green lynx spider guarding her recently hatched spiderlings. In this photograph, you can see several translucent molts left behind by the spiderlings as they've been growing.

Peucetia viridans - This is the same green lynx spider and spiderlings as in the above photo. The mother seems to have an interest in the caterpillar on the leaf a few centimeters below.
